Origin

First systematized in the 16th-century Pseudomonarchia Daemonum and Lesser Key of Solomon. His name has been linked to Latin 'oros' (mouth), interpreted as 'mouth that speaks truth.' Unique among the 72 spirits for his consistent favorability to the conjurer, he is popular among occult enthusiasts.
