The intermediate rank of wind spirits, known by names such as Sylph, Shuriel, and Sylaphe. Nimble and free-spirited, it loves flying above all else. Appears in humanoid form but its body is hazy and transparent like wind, famously disappearing in an instant and reappearing elsewhere.

Will-o'-the-Wisp
IntermediateWill-o'-the-Wisp — Intermediate Light Spirit
The intermediate rank of light spirits. A mysterious light witnessed in marshes and wastelands; legend holds that those who directly see it gain the ability to perceive truth. Possesses dual abilities — creating illusions to deceive opponents, and exposing lies. Emotional and introverted, it loves beauty and despises falsehood.

Shade
IntermediateShade — Intermediate Shadow Spirit
The intermediate rank of shadow spirits. Takes shadow as its body and can appear from any shadow. Similar to a human silhouette but always existing on the opposite side from light. Has no voice and expresses intent only through actions; does not appear in mirrors. Considered the optimal performer of shadow reconnaissance, and in darkness, physical attacks are nearly ineffective against it.

Depending on the work, Ifrit may appear not as an intermediate spirit but as a Spirit King. It personally evaluates potential contractors and refuses those it deems unworthy.

Thunderbird
IntermediateThunderbird — Intermediate Lightning Spirit
The intermediate rank of lightning spirits. Appears in the form of a giant bird that triggers lightning with every wing beat. Takes its name from the Thunderbird of Native American mythology, described as a being that appears with storms. Free and tough in personality, it demands strength from its contractors.

Hamadryad
IntermediateHamadryad — Intermediate Forest Spirit
The intermediate rank of forest spirits. A spirit fully bound to a single tree, more powerful than a Nymph but with equally greater dependency on its own tree. Dwells in ancient trees hundreds of years old, taking a half-human, half-tree form with bark-like skin and branch-like hair. Shows no mercy to those who threaten its tree.

Floe
IntermediateFloe — Intermediate Ice Spirit
The intermediate rank of ice spirits. Named after the drifting icebergs (Ice Floe) of the sea, it is emotionally stable and cold like the vast cold ocean. Can freely convert between water and ice states and can freeze hundreds of meters of area in an instant. Due to its unique mystical beauty, it has become the most frequently used subject among ice spirits in works of art.

Logi
IntermediateLogi — Spirit of the Consuming Flame
A mid-ranked fire spirit known in Norse mythology as 'fire itself.' Its nature was revealed when it defeated Loki in an eating contest by consuming bones and bowls alike — a manifestation of the primal truth that flame devours everything. It appears as a giant humanoid wreathed in transparent blue-white fire that rapidly incinerates all it touches.
