The intermediate rank of shadow spirits. Takes shadow as its body and can appear from any shadow. Similar to a human silhouette but always existing on the opposite side from light. Has no voice and expresses intent only through actions; does not appear in mirrors. Considered the optimal performer of shadow reconnaissance, and in darkness, physical attacks are nearly ineffective against it.
Origin
First summoned through ancient dark mages' rituals of spiritualizing shadows. Later, naturally occurring individuals also began to be witnessed.

Usage

Weakness
Cannot maintain its form in strong light (including natural light). At high noon when the sun is directly overhead, the absence of shadow makes its very existence unstable.

Though misunderstood as evil, it is in truth an indispensable balancer governing the world's darkness.
