The supreme rank of lightning spirits, positioned just below the Lightning Wolf Spirit King. Can electrify the entire atmosphere. Appears in a form intermediate between humanoid and dragon, its entire body composed of lightning. Around it, compasses stop working and all magical devices malfunction.
Origin
The prevailing theory is that it was born within a once-in-millennia supercell storm. Its role is to execute the Lightning Wolf Spirit King's will upon the world.
